Location: The apartment is located on the bottom floor of an apartment building. It is 44 square meter and has an additional small bedroom outside the apartment of about 5.5 square meter. The living room has two beds and the small bedroom has one bed. For children, there is a additional spare mattress. There is a large and private terrace, and you may also use the large garden (3000 sqm). The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and stereo. The kitchen is new and well equipped, sorry no dishwasher, yet.
